Why is fairly legal cancelled
Network USA Network. Network Ratings. Buy on DVD via Amazon. The drama ends after two seasons. November 2, It is being reported that USA Network has decided against renewing Fairly Legal for a third season, making it the second show cancelled by the network this week. I agree with all previous quotes. I agree with everyone that will miss this show. It was fun to watch and Sarah was adorable. Shame on you USA!! Your shows are consistently better than network TV. Why follow in their footsteps?
Or did some "head honcho" go headhunting and replace USA's staff with network castaways?? Fairly Legal was one of my favorite shows to watch! I loved the love triangle I loved the new character Ben! I think Fairly Legal deserves a 3rd season!!! Earlier today, we shared word that the cable channel had decided not to renew Common Law for a second season, and now comes word that Fairly Legal has also been cancelled. Unlike Common Law , which only aired 12 episodes before its eventual cancellation , Fairly Legal lasted two seasons and 23 episodes.
The series, which premiered in , starred Sarah Shahi as a woman in San Francisco who was once a lawyer but now works as a mediator and uses her legal education to help her settle disputes. TV Guide posted word of the series' cancellation and also noted that this news comes just a day after word broke that Shahi had been cast in a recurring role on NBC's new drama Chicago Fire.
Shahi isn't the only Fairly Legal star to find work elsewhere since the last season wrapped up. While it's good to see the stars lining up other roles, I'm sure fans will be disappointed that Fairly Legal won't be returning. See the return dates for all three seasons here.
